What I’ve updated

See what changed and when.

25 October 2026

I refreshed all 24 app profiles and the 16 calculator models against official sources, checked live pricing selectors and updated ECB rates to 23 October.

SoloTrainer now has unlimited Free clients and optional Pro, replacing per-client activation pricing. I updated QuickCoach’s Stripe billing fees, Foodzilla’s monthly prices, Hexfit’s client caps and Everfit’s booking notes. The workbook and all four languages use the refreshed data.

This was a public-source refresh. I did not create new trial accounts, run payment transactions or test application security.

14 September 2026

I corrected the Everfit calculator so its Studio plan wins when it includes a selected add-on, and I replaced The Workout Coach’s unsupported 50-client estimate with “Quote required.” I also added Everfit Marketplace fees and flagged SoloTrainer’s conflicting booking statements.

I added Hexfit and Harbiz to the directory, plus PTminder vs TeamUp, Hexfit vs Everfit and Harbiz vs Trainerize comparisons. I linked the seven search guides from the homepage, app pages and comparisons.

I checked the new vendor evidence and corrected claims on 14 September. This was not a complete recheck of every calculator app.

12 September 2026

I rewrote the meta descriptions on all 22 app pages and the main landing pages, so search results show prices and client counts instead of a short summary. I added FAQ sections with structured data to the homepage, the best and free guides, the cost-per-client page, the calculator and the new three-way comparison.

I added a Trainerize vs TrueCoach vs Everfit comparison. It prices all three at 10, 20 and 50 clients and compares booking, payment reach and export limits.

I trimmed three page titles that ran past 60 characters. This was an SEO and copy update, not a new price check.

9 September 2026

I updated the 12 calculator apps after another check of their pricing pages and help guides. Their feature notes and sources now show a 9 September date; the other apps keep their 8 September check.

You can now add the listed paid extras to a price comparison. I also updated TotalCoaching’s tables to EUR (Starter is EUR 14 for 5 clients) and included Fitr’s free plan for 3 clients.

I removed six entries that were coaching services, education or consumer apps: Kickoff, Trainwell, Fyt, FlexIt, Fitbod and Girls Gone Strong. The directory now focuses on 28 apps a trainer can use to run their work.

I also rewrote the guide in my own voice, including the About page, trial notes and source explanations. This was a wording update, not another price check.

Everfit booking update · 9 September 2026

Everfit has now launched Booking & Scheduling on every paid plan. I updated the guide, app notes and comparison to replace the earlier beta wording. The free Starter plan doesn’t include bookings; selling packages that assign credits automatically still needs the payment add-on. My trial notes refer to my earlier experience, and I haven’t tested the new booking flow yet.

8 September 2026

I added individual app pages, two comparisons, the pricing calculator, my Everfit trial notes and an explanation of how I put the guide together. Each app page includes source links and, where possible, cost examples in its own currency.

Those prices were checked on 8 September. Adding the pages did not involve a second price check.
