How this guide is researched
Our pricing assumptions, source standards, trial limitations and ownership disclosure.
What is covered
The directory covers 34 platforms and related services. They are grouped by purpose because coaching software, marketplaces, consumer apps and education are not interchangeable. Twelve platforms have complete, currency-confirmed models for the calculator.
Evidence standards
Most feature statements are based on official pricing, help, product and policy pages. Every platform page links to those sources. Documented features are not proof of a successful workflow test. Unknown and conflicting terms remain visible.
The Everfit trial is first-hand experience. It is a limited personal account, with no invented rating, test duration or screenshots.
How we calculate prices
For each client count, select the lowest-cost eligible plan in the checked model. Include free plans and any selected add-on, including a plan upgrade required for that add-on. Divide the monthly bill by the number of clients. These are price comparisons, not claims that plans offer identical features.
Monthly plans exclude annual discounts, short trials, tax and payment-processing fees. Static tables use native currencies. The calculator converts using amount ÷ source currency rate × display currency rate.
SoloTrainer uses one-time activation fees after its free allowance and grace period. Static tables show those charges as one-time totals. The interactive calculator spreads them over 12 or 36 months for an unchanged roster. Turnover can add activation charges.
Exchange-rate reference date: 2026-09-07. ECB reference rates.
Sources and workbook
Research checked 8 September 2026. Every platform and its sources. Download the comparison workbook for the research matrix, limitations, price inputs and cost examples.
Updates and corrections
Dates reflect a recorded research check or editorial change; rebuilding the website does not recheck prices. Read the change notes. Verify current terms on the provider’s page before buying.
For a correction, use ICTraining and include the guide URL, the disputed statement and an official source.
