Which apps I include

This guide covers 24 trainer apps. They help with plans, bookings, food and courses. 16 have clear prices and currencies for the calculator.

My sources

I use official pricing pages, help guides, product pages and policies for most of the details here. You’ll find the links on each app’s page. If a price is unclear or two pages disagree, I say so.

A help guide can explain what a tool does, but it won’t tell me how well it fits my day-to-day work. My Everfit trial notes describe my own experience. For the other apps, I make clear where I’m relying on documentation.

How prices are worked out

The calculator picks the cheapest listed plan for your client count, including free plans. When you select an add-on, it includes that cost and any plan upgrade needed to use it. Cost per client is the monthly bill divided by your client count. Check the features as well as the price: the plans don’t all include the same tools.

I use monthly billing and leave out annual discounts, short trials, tax and payment-processing fees. The tables keep prices in their original currencies. The calculator converts them using amount ÷ source currency rate × display currency rate.

SoloTrainer now offers unlimited clients on Free. Its optional Pro subscription and percentage fees on Free online sales are separate from the base comparison. The calculator leaves percentage fees out because the bill depends on sales volume.

Dates and the workbook

I refreshed the 24 app entries, 16 calculator models and source links on 25 October 2026. Live selectors were checked where static pages show annual or regional prices. Each app page links its evidence. The workbook contains the same research, open questions and cost examples.

Fixes and updates

I keep a record of changes so you can see what I updated. A wording change doesn’t mean I’ve checked every price again. Before buying, confirm the current terms on the app’s own website.
