Key points

TrueCoach is narrower and costs more per client at small rosters. Everfit includes nutrition and booking on paid plans, while Autoflow automation costs extra. The practical difference is payment reach: TrueCoach Payments covers the US, UK, Canada and Australia, while Everfit supports Switzerland and more countries. TrueCoach does not document client self-booking.

I checked price pages and help guides. I have not tested both apps side by side.

These examples use the cheapest listed base plan for each client count, including free plans. Paid plans use monthly billing. Tax, payment-processing fees and optional add-ons are extra, and the features vary by plan.

Plan limits

Swiss trainers should check payment eligibility. Monthly prices checked in the live billing selector; the NASM CEU Library is the only paid add-on. TrueCoach has no 10-client plan, so the 10-client example uses the 20-client plan at USD 69.98.

Plan limits

Booking is included on paid plans. Autoflow automation is a usage-priced add-on, and On-Demand Collections costs USD 25/month on Pro but is included in Studio. Selling packages that assign credits automatically needs the Payments & Packages add-on. Marketplace has separate licence and introduction fees. Try the same tasks in each app. Send a plan and edit it. Read a past workout. Book a session and cancel it. Log a payment and save a client’s data. Then check the plan price for those tools.
