These examples use the cheapest listed base plan for each client count, including free plans. Paid plans use monthly billing. Tax, payment-processing fees and optional add-ons are extra, and the features vary by plan.

  • Payments & Packages: USD 9.00/month. Available on any plan. The USD 9 platform fee is separate from processing charges; Everfit’s published country rates already include Stripe fees.
  • Autoflow automation: USD 29.00/month. Available on any plan. The calculator assumes every client in the entered roster uses Autoflow. USD 29 covers up to 30 participating clients; USD 56 covers 31–60.
  • On-Demand Collections: USD 25.00/month. Available on any plan. Included in Studio; USD 25/month on Pro.
  • Meal Plans & Recipe Books: USD 39.00/month. Available on any plan.
  • Zapier integration: USD 19.00/month. Available on any plan. Covers 1,000 tasks a month.
  • Advanced custom branding: USD 75.00 once. Requires a paid plan. App icon, splash screen and colour themes.

Usage and marketplace fees

These charges depend on how you use the platform and are not included in the base-price charts.

  • Marketplace licence: Free through Dec 2026; then USD 9/month or USD 90/year. Everfit also charges 15% of the first 90 days of revenue from each client acquired through Marketplace or its Match Tool. The licence is discounted 50% for the first full paid year.

Booking is included on paid plans, with client self-booking and multi-coach scheduling. Free Starter excludes booking. Session credits are required only when the coach enables that rule for a session type.

Payments & Packages costs USD 9/month and works in 17 countries, including Switzerland. Published processing rates already include Stripe fees: Swiss domestic cards cost 3.9% + CHF 0.30 and international cards cost 4.9% + CHF 0.30. Prices are billed in USD with no VAT shown. I couldn’t confirm a way to record cash or other offline payments.

  • Marketplace is free through December 2026. After beta, the licence is USD 9/month or USD 90/year, plus a 15% introduction fee on the first 90 days of revenue from Marketplace-acquired clients.
  • Selling packages that assign credits needs the USD 9/month Payments & Packages add-on.
